Custom Itinerary Planning Services
Let me plan your vacation for you! Tell me all about the trip you want to take but don’t have time to plan, and I’ll do the research and planning for you. We’ll meet for a 1 hour video chat so I can get to know your travel style, and then I’ll take up to 2 weeks (almost always less!) to craft your perfect itinerary and deliver it straight to your inbox. Requests for revisions are included. If you prefer to not video chat, we can exchange emails instead. Up to you!
Here’s how it’ll work:
- You tell me your ideas and trip preferences.
- I create a vacation that checks all the boxes possible.
- You review it and have a chance to ask for revisions, if needed.
- You book your trip when you’re ready and have a wonderful time!

⚠️ I don’t book anything for you, but you have a simple, step-by-step plan with everything you need to book it all yourself when you’re ready.
⚠️ Trips I don’t currently plan:
- solely alcohol-based adventures (ie vineyards in Napa or pub crawls in London)
- African safaris
- Antarctica expeditions
To be clear, I don’t have anything against these types of trips, but I don’t have enough experience with them myself to plan them for you. I’ll always be honest about what I do and do not know, so you can trust my recommendations.
